The past month has seen some pretty miserable weather, but here in the Kidby household we have kept the home fires burning, eaten plenty of pancakes and I have not relented on my hectic work schedule, (in fact perhaps I should have given up sleep for Lent).
One of the pleasures of dipping my toe into the unknown quantity that is facebook (click here ) has been the chance for folks to give me feedback. It appears that some of you would like signed copies of my new illustrated book, ‘Le Royaume Enchanté', (despite the fact that you may require a French dictionary to hand to help translate it). I have now spoken to my charming Parisian publishers, Daniel Maghen, and they have agreed to ship some copies across to me. So we now have a limited quantity available to buy here from this website. All copies will be signed by me and will include a complimentary Charmed Realm bookmark and free P&P.

I have recently sent over a collection of new illustrations to Talpress in the Czech Republic for the next Discworld combined edition, ‘Pyramids' and ‘Guards Guards'.

It has also been exciting to see the new finished Tiffany book covers complete with text and designers * bling *

I am now working on a new jacket design for ‘The Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents'. Here is my initial pencil sketch….
I have also been up to the foundry in Basingstoke to oversee the casting of the 6th edition of Nemesis the Bronze Griffin. This will be exhibited on the Books Illustrated stand at Linden Hall, Longhorsley, Nr Morpeth, Northumberland, NE65 8XF on 12th-14th March.
I have recently been interviewed by Lloyd Harvey for his series 'Inside the Artist's Studio'
