T-Shirts must be in ‘as new’ condition, unfortunately we are not able to make a refund if the shirt is stained by make-up, perfume or deodorant whilst being tried on, or has been damaged by you.  Please make sure they are neatly folded and carefully packed up.

A refund will be issued (which will not include the costs of delivery) if the terms of return are adhered to.

We recommend you return the goods using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, this provides you with insurance for the value of the package, and proof of posting.

We do not refund items which are returned after the fourteen day period.

Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit cards on which the purchase was made.

We aim to check and refund returned items within seven working days.
